Thank you for shopping with Mountain Hot Tubs. We’re committed to providing quality products and service. Please review our return policy below before making your purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Installed or used hot tubs or hot tub accessories

  • Water care products or chemicals (for safety reasons)

  • Custom orders or special-order items

  • Clearance, final sale, or gift card purchases

 

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or item? Eligible products may be exchanged within 14 days.
Please contact us in advance to arrange your exchange.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • For larger items (e.g., covers or furniture), please contact us directly for assistance.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.

We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
